We are a third generation family run manufacturing company specialising in sub-contract, precision CNC Milling and Turning of components and assemblies to our customers designs. We are also able to offer our own in house finishing and spray painting of the parts we machine . We can also arrange for most other additional coatings or treatments as required.

We machine a wide range of materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, copper, steel, engineering plastics, and more. Using the latest CAD/CAM software, our skilled programmers can develop precise programs directly from customer model files, ensuring exceptional accuracy in every finished part.
Our turning department includes 3 axis turning centers with live tooling, meaning milling operations can be performed in the same set up as the turning, this cuts out the need for secondary machining operations. We also have standard 2 axis CNC lathes for conventional turning operations.
Our ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system is audited annually by NQA, ensuring the highest standards of service. Equipped with a high-capacity CMM, we can measure machined parts with exceptional accuracy and provide comprehensive measurement and quality reports upon request.
At E A Blythe and Company, we take immense pride in our spray painting services. We offer professional painted finishes for most of the parts we produce, ranging from high gloss to flat matt, and even textured finishes to enhance the quality of our machined parts. Additionally, we can expertly mask any areas that do not require painting. We can also apply R.F.I. (radio frequency interference) shield coating to protect sensitive electronic equipment.
Please note, we only offer painting services for parts we manufacture and are unable to provide third-party painting services at this time.
Normal and hard anodising can be arranged in clear, black or numerous other colours.
Other finishes that we can arrange are sand/bead blasting, vapour blasting, electroplating and cerakote.
